  • API Usage: API requests process data transiently. We do not store or retain your source files after processing.

3. User Content and Privacy

We believe in privacy by design. We do not analyze, store, or claim ownership of the files you process.

  • No Storage: Your files are processed instantly and are not saved on our infrastructure.
  • Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of your files.
  • Personal Data: We do not collect unnecessary personal usage data.

4. Paid Services (Credit Packs)

We offer paid credit packs for priority processing and higher usage limits.

  • Pricing: $10.00 USD for 100 individual credits.
  • Payments: All payments are processed securely via CryptoCloud.
  • Anonymity: We do not store your credit card details. Transactions are handled via cryptocurrency.
  • Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of cryptocurrency and the instant delivery of digital credits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Sigh AI website, code, logos, and design are the property of Sigh AI. You may not copy or reverse engineer our assets without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Sigh AI makes no warranties regarding the absolute reliability or availability of the service.
